Refund policy
At Kiko Riko, we take pride in providing high-quality, comfortable, and stylish clothing for your little ones. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns Policy:
- Underwear items are non-returnable/exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
- For all other items, we offer a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- A ₹75 charge for inward logistics will be deducted from the refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at info@kikoriko.in or call us at +91 9930503240 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refund & Exchange:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange as per your request.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after deducting the ₹75 inward.
- For exchanges there would be ₹150 courier charges applicable
- Return shipping charges may not apply unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
